1. Acceptance
By accessing or using any Vokrix tool or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Our services
Vokrix builds and operates tools for specific kinds of businesses. Each tool is buyer-operated and hosted by Vokrix. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any tool at any time.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account or use our services for any unlawful purpose.
4. Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use our services to violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit harmful content, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
6. Limitation of liability
Vokrix is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Slovenia.
