Who handles the data behind a Vokrix tool, what each provider does with it, and how to get a Data Processing Agreement.
Sub-processors.
Vokrix builds, hosts and operates its tools. These providers are used to run them.

Retention and deletion.
Data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time and we remove your data from the tool.
Where the data is held
Account data, uploaded files and results are stored in Vokrix operated systems in the database and storage providers listed above.
Who controls it
You are the controller of the data you upload. Vokrix acts as the processor when handling it on your behalf.
Common questions.
Do you sign a Data Processing Agreement?
Yes. Email jan@vokrix.com and we will send one for signature. There is no charge.
Do you use sub-processors?
Yes. They are listed on this page with what each one does and what data it handles.
How will I hear about changes to this list?
We update this page when a provider is added or replaced.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Email jan@vokrix.com and we remove your data from the tool.
Request a DPA.
Send a note and we will return a Data Processing Agreement for signature, along with the sub-processor detail above.
