Stop Paying Carrier Overbilling You Can't Prove
FreightAuditor compares every invoice against your contracted rates and generates a claim document for every finding — so overcharges don't disappear into the deadline.

Accessorial charges and fuel surcharges slip through because no one has time to check every line item by hand
Your contracted rates are buried in PDF agreements that take hours to dig up when you need to dispute a charge
Carrier claim windows close fast — once the deadline passes, that recovery is gone for good
How it works.
Step 1
Step 1
Upload Your Agreements and Invoices
Drop in your carrier rate agreements and invoices as files. FreightAuditor extracts the contracted rates and invoice line items so you don't have to rekey anything or build another spreadsheet.
Step 2
Step 2
Review Flagged Exceptions
Every invoice is matched against your contracted rates. Each record is marked clean, missing a required field, flagged with a variance or duplicate, past the agreement's expiry, or needing human review — and the dashboard states how many invoices a rate line could actually be checked against, so an unaudited invoice never reads as a clean one.
Step 3
Step 3
Submit Claims Before the Window Closes
Each flagged exception produces a Letter PDF naming the billed charge, the contracted rate and the variance, with suggested GL accounts — and the original invoice appended when it was uploaded as a PDF. Mark it filed, credited or denied and the record keeps the history.
What you get.
Contracted Rates Actually Enforced
FreightAuditor reads the rate out of the agreement you upload — PDF, CSV, Excel or plain text — and holds each invoice line to it, including accessorials and the contracted fuel surcharge table.
A Claim Document per Finding
Each finding produces a Letter PDF naming the billed charge, the contracted rate and the variance, with suggested GL accounts and the original invoice appended when it was uploaded as a PDF.
Every Invoice Accounted For
The dashboard states how many records a rate line could actually be checked against, so an invoice with no agreement on file reads as unaudited rather than clean.
Deadline Visibility That Prevents Lost Recoveries
Every open finding shows the date it is due, so nothing contestable sits unreviewed in a folder until the window closes.
No TMS or Freight Payment Platform Required
A standalone tool for mid-market shippers. Upload your files, review what was flagged, and file — without replacing anything in your current stack.
A Recovery Record You Can Report On
Mark a claim filed, credited or denied and the record keeps it. Totals by carrier and by outcome sit above the records, so month two has evidence behind it.
